Etigam B.V. is an international operating company specialized in chemical and biological sterilization indicators. With its own manufacturing plant for chemical indicators and its comprehensive expertise on biological indicators, Etigam is renowned in the field of sterilization indicators. Our headquarters is located in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands and the USA market is supplied by our office in Toledo, USA.

History
Etigam was founded in the Netherlands in 1980. Over the years we have developed a specific expertise of the market for sterilization indicators and an understanding of our customer requirements. We have become one of the leading global suppliers of sterilization indicators due to the quality of our products, our innovative strategies and the focus on our customers.
Markets Served
Etigam’s chemical and biological indicators are used worldwide, mainly in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. We serve customers directly and through a vast network of distributors across the globe. Our products are exported to over 70 countries.
Products
Our chemical sterilization indicators are an essential part of sterility assurance programs and can be used in gamma, e-beam, x-ray, EO gas and steam processes. They are mainly used for the sterilization of medical and pharmaceutical products, packaging materials, for cross-linking of polymers and for decontamination of herbs and spices.
Our biological indicators are used for monitoring sterilization processes on their effectiveness and the lethality of the used sterilizer.
Quality Policy
The quality management system of Etigam B.V. and the applicator thereof complies with the requirements as stipulated in the standard: NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015. This certification is subject to annual evaluation by TÜV Nederland. All business is conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Netherlands.
